WATER-JET CUTTING

We cut or separate with pure water high pressure water jet machine or a machine adding abrasive. all kind of materials.

Water cutting with pure water can be for any type of soft materials (especially foams) and with abrasive those that cannot be cut well with other ways like lasers, such as aluminium, titanium, granite, etc.

LASER CUTTING

We work mostly with CO2-Laser cutting technology when we have to cut steel, wood, specific plastics (like acrylic, polycarbonate, polyester, Melamin)

CUTTING TABLE (digital cutter, sample-maker)

Fine papers, foil & film, also cardboard, corrugated board are cut with tangential knives (cutting pressure or with oscillating knives). Plotters allow also to add other steps, like drawing, ink-jet, engraving, creasing at the same time over the same Substrate.
